Mr. Runger offers his clients a broad base of legal knowledge and experience in the areas of personal injury, domestic and probate law, as well as general civil litigation. Additionally, Mr. Runger represents small business owners in setting up corporations and limited liability companies and assists clients in buying and selling businesses. Mr. Runger strives to provide zealous representation to all his clients, no matter how large or small their cases may be.


Since 2003 Mr. Runger has provided aggressive and ethical representation for all  his Bartlett and Memphis clients, no matter how big or small their cases may be, in many different areas of law.  Mr. Runger routinely represents individuals who are injured in car or trucking accidents and assists them in recovering money for their medical bills and pain andsuffering. Mr. Runger has tried numerous cases, both jury and non-jury, andprides himself on fighting for his clients’ rights and not backing down to insurance companies who refuse to deal in good faith with his clients.

Mr. Runger has also successfully handled numerous divorce and child custody matters from start to finish. He understands every client is different and that divorce can be one of the most emotionally difficult times of his clients’ lives.  He fights hard to protect the things most important to his divorce clients: their children and their assets.  Mr. Runger navigates his Bartlett and Memphis divorce clients through the child custody, child support and visitation process and also has prosecuted and defended many contempt proceedings for his clients. He also prepares prenuptial and post nuptial agreements for his clients.

Setting up corporations and limited liability companies for his Bartlett and Memphis small business clients is one of the most gratifying practice areas for Mr. Runger. He is knowledgeable and experienced in advising his clients on the advantages and disadvantages of various business entities and assists clients in preparation of corporate bylaws, corporate resolutions, operating agreements and non-compete agreements.  Additionally, Mr. Runger represents clients in the purchase and sale of their businesses. Mr. Runger is well aware that business and partnership disputes may arise and has extensive litigation experience handling partnership disputes and corporate dissolutions.

Mr. Runger prepares Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Powers of Attorney for Healthcare and Living Wills for his Memphis and Bartlett clients. Additionally, Mr. Runger handles estates in Probate Court when an individual passes away.  Understanding that people are overwhelmed with grief after the death of a loved one, Mr. Runger helps his clients manage the affairs, including transfer of assets, that must be tended to when loved ones pass away.  Mr. Runger also assists his Memphis and Bartlett clients in establishing conservatorships and guardianships for their incompetent or impaired family members when needed.
