1.  Do you offer free consultations?

A:  Yes, consultations on personal injury and collection matters are free.  Additionally, I offer free thirty minute consultations on hourly billing cases.

2.  What are your rates for attorney’s fees?

A:  The rates for attorney’s fees vary depending on the type of case. Some cases, such as personal injury/accident cases or collection matters are handled on a contingency basis, meaning that the attorney’s fee is a set percentage of the client’s recovery.  Cases such as divorces, probate matters and general civil litigation matters are handled on an hourly fee basis, which means that you are responsible for paying an initial retainer fee up front that is billed against on a monthly basis.

3.  Do you offer weekend or after-hour appointments?

A:  Yes, I understand that every client’s schedule is different. For that reason, I rountinely meet with clients on weekends or after office hours by appointment.

4.  Do you guarantee results on particular cases?

A:  No, nothing in life is guaranteed except death and taxes.  I do not guarantee any client a particular result on his or her case.  That being said, I have extensive knowledge and experience handling various legal matters and after a consultation with a client, I will advise the client on the strengths and weaknesses of his or her case and offer an opinion on the likelihood of success or various possible outcomes.

5.  Are you aggressive enough to handle my case?

A:  Each case is different, and I pride myself on being as aggressive as each individual’s case mandates.  Sometimes, the old adage, “you catch more flies with honey” rings true. Other times, an adversary’s conduct or position requires a much more aggressive approach.  Regardless of how big or small your case may be, I am committed to providing ethical and zealous representation for all of my clients.

6.  What methods of payment do you accept?

A:  I accept cash, checks, Pay Pal, and all other major credit cards.
